Therapy is a place to process through and overcome life's challenges and achieve inner peace.  I work to provide this place for you during therapy sessions.  As a therapist who also works with children, the language of play is critical to the therapy process.  I believe that each person has within themselves the power to solve and overcome challenges.  My role is to join with you, help you lean into the discomfort, and to empower you by providing evidence based, individualized therapy.
